We developed a custom AI agent that evaluates audio from coaching sessions against ICF (International Coaching Federation) Core Competencies and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Markers. It analyzes both conversation content and meta-communication cues such as tone, pacing, and pauses. The system speeds up quality assurance, supports coach development, and improves overall coaching program standards.
